Students are so curious about snow. With this engaging investigation students get an opportunity to explore snow up close using magnifying glasses. Students will have a chance to see what snowflakes look like up close.
Materials needed are black construction paper, handheld magnifying glasses, and some snow!
Are your students learning how to count by tens? If so, these recording sheets will be a great addition to your lessons. Each page has 10 pairs of hands to represent groups of ten. There are two different versions of the recording sheet so you can use which one is best for your students. On the first one students trace the numbers and the other page they have to write the numbers (counting by 10's) on the blanks provided.
