Are you looking for a way to see how well your new Kindergarten students can write their name on the First Day of School? If so this freebie will help you do just that! Teachers write students first and last names on the first two lines. Students then write their names and draw a picture of themselves on the first day of school.

This packet contains two different types of digraph sorts. Students will cut and paste the pictures or words. There are two picture sorts. One is Sh/Th and the other is Wh/Ch. There are also two word sorts. One is Sh/Th and the other is Wh/Ch.

Students are so curious about snow. With this engaging investigation students get an opportunity to explore snow up close using magnifying glasses. Students will have a chance to see what snowflakes look like up close. Materials needed are black construction paper, handheld magnifying glasses, and some snow!
