Students can find words posted around the classroom. This contains words that contain the magic e, some that do not, and some that appear to have the magic e, but when sounded out, they will realize they do not have the long vowel sound. The PDF contains more detailed instructions, the cards, as well as the worksheet for students to fill out as they write the room.

This includes four worksheets. The first two are writing words with digraphs at the beginning and end of words. The second two worksheets are writing blends and some words have both blends and digraphs in them. There are lines for each letter in the word.

I made this for a student in my class who becomes frustrated when they are uncertain what to do or how to answer the problem. The student begins crying and it is difficult for them to calm themselves down and return to the task at hand. This visual has been very helpful in calming down, and then using strategies to move forward. I laminate this and attach it to the desk with velcro.

This is a bathroom sign to hang outside a bathroom that is in your classroom. I printed it back to back and used velcro on the top and attached it to the wall next to the door.

This editable product is helpful for behavior management. The student can color in the smiley face for each subject throughout the day and then the reward can be something that will mean something to the student. I have used this for various purposes because of its simplicity. It has been used for work completion, for students who have difficulty sitting at the rug or table, even getting all their materials for each subject, etc.

For learners who are beginning to learn sight words, this is a great game. Students have to find the sight word under one of the items on the slide. Number ID is incorporated into this activity. They can say the number of the object or describe the object to say which item they want to look under. Move the item to see if the correct sight word is hidden underneath.

The purpose of quick images is for students to practice subtilizing and then to replicate that same number that was only shown for a few seconds, on their own ten frame. How it works: Show the first ten frame for about 3 seconds. Students are required to think about how many was on the ten frame during that time. After 3 seconds, click the slide and the ten frame will disappear. Students will then make it on their ten frame. This Powerpoint includes numbers 1-10.

Each page contains 2 letters, both the uppercase and lowercase, and all 26 letters are included. You can cut the page in half and give them one letter at a time or give the whole page. When rainbow writing, students select three colors (or however many you want) and they say the name of the letter and write it each time they write it. They do not color, they write each letter to help with letter formation. This activity can be done on paper or can be laminated for continued use.

Space Letter ID. I use this game in small groups to teach letter sounds. The pack comes with both uppercase and lowercase letters, so it is up to you if you want to use just one set or both and it also comes with "put all your cards back" and "pick another card" to add some more fun to the game. In the beginning of the year, I have students identify just the name of the letter and eventually I have the same the name of the letter and the sound. My students absolutely love it!

I use these cards to practice with the plural -s. I have the students shuffle and turn them over and they can play memory with the cards. They need to match the singular word with the plural -s word. For example, cat would match with cats. They have to read both words. There are 5 pages, 20 matches.

I have included many pictures for students to practice labeling. If students need it to be more scaffolded, you might consider drawing lines next to some of the objects. I have also included a line at the bottom if you wanted students to write a sentence.

This resource includes 7 pages of words to put in alphabetical order. Each page contains 6 words. The first two pages are CVC words and animals, 2 pages of words with blends, and 3 pages of magic e words. These words are intended for students to be able to read and work on independently if desired.

Match the number of red stars to the number in the red box. Match the number of blue stars to the number in the blue box. Add all the stars up and put the total in the white box. **Can be used for President's Day, Memorial Day, or any other day.

Students can practice labeling a variety of pictures. They can select several items in each picture to practice labeling. I also provided a line at the bottom for students who are working on making sentences for their pictures. I use these as a small group activity, for assessment, for conferring, and even for centers.

This game includes only words that have word parts in them. It includes the following word parts: at, in, and, all, up, an, am, it, in. I use this game with students who are having trouble blending words with three sounds, so they look for the snap word they see and blend two parts. It has been really beneficial for these students.

I use this product as an early finisher. I make them double sided and put them in a sheet protector. When students are finished with their morning work or an activity, they can come up and get them. Some versions are within 5 and some are within 10. One side is addition and the other side is subtraction.

This resource helps students with counting, 1-1 correspondence, as well as number recognition. They will put counters or an object in each spot and seeing the numbers on the bottom of the boxes allows for more exposure to learn the numbers.
