My teaching style is built on over 25 years of experience and a deep passion for empowering students through innovative, research-based instructional methods. I believe in creating engaging, inclusive learning environments that cater to diverse learners, including those with learning disabilities or language barriers. I use cutting-edge digital tools and strategies to design lessons that are not only effective but also enjoyable. By combining the ABCD model for employee training with a focus on active learning and collaboration, I ensure that students are not just passive recipients of information, but active participants in their learning journey. Whether it's through interactive e-learning modules, curriculum development, or personalized coaching, I strive to make every lesson meaningful and relevant. I also value the importance of clear communication, adaptability, and fostering a growth mindset, which allows my students to feel empowered and confident in their abilities. My goal is always to meet students where they are and help them succeed, regardless of their starting point.
