Activity for introductory Spanish students to complete during class or as homework to Practice telling time using the verb ser.

Unit Test for Spanish at the Introductory Level. Assessment covers vocabulary for articles of clothing and different seasons. Ends with a brief writing composition in which students select a holiday and describe how they celebrate it using relevant unit vocabulary.

Students at the introductory level of Spanish will be tested on the vocabulary necessary to describe 3 different sports (soccer, basketball and baseball), and conjugations of e - > ie stem-chaning verbs. Students are assessed using various testing methods including fill-in-the blank, matching, multiple-choice, reading comprehension, and a brief writing composition.

1 hour assessment for an introductory Spanish course that covers the vocabulary for sports, hobbies, classroom activities, verb conjugations of -ar verbs in the present tense, the use of the verb estar with emotions, and prepositions. Can be separated into multiple quizzes/shorter assessments.

One hour assessment for introductory Spanish 1 course that covers the vocabulary for family members and parts of a house. Students will demonstrate their knowledge of vocabulary using multiple testing strategies including fill-in-the-blank, matching, multiple-choice, true/false questions, reading comprehension, and a short writing composition. Word banks should be included/omitted as needed, and test can be divided into multiple assessments/quizzes as desired by instructor.

Conjugation chart and fill-in-the blank sentences to practice verb conjugations for verbs in the present tense, that follow an e to ie stem-changing pattern.

A Unit Assessment that tests students on telling time with the verb ser, the vocabulary for colors, classes, and several regular -ar verbs.

Quiz for Spanish learners at the introductory level that covers the different uses of the verbs Ser and Estar. The content is suited to our unit on health and well-being, however, should be modified according to curriculum.
