My teaching style is rooted in warmth, empathy, and meeting learners where they are. I believe students learn best when they feel supported, capable, and safe to ask questions without judgment. Whether I’m working with traditional students, adult learners, or neurodiverse learners, I focus on creating clear “on ramps” that help build confidence step by step instead of overwhelming students from the start.
I value practical learning, encouragement, curiosity, and real-world connection. My goal is always to help learners feel empowered, supported, and successful while recognizing that every student brings different strengths, challenges, experiences, and ways of thinking into the learning process.
