About the store
Welcome! I'm Chantal Windham, a dedicated Spanish educator with over 22 years of experience teaching students from elementary through high school. My teaching journey began with traditional, textbook-driven methods, but everything changed when I joined a small K–8 school that gave me the freedom to explore a more dynamic approach. That freedom led me to Comprehensible Input (CI) and Acquisition-Driven Instruction (ADI), and I’ve never looked back. Since then, I’ve developed and implemented a fully CI-based Spanish curriculum for Kindergarten through 8th grade. The resources in this store are thoughtfully designed to make language learning natural, engaging, and joyful. You’ll find comprehension-based activities that promote meaningful communication, encourage student participation, and provide repeated exposure to high-frequency vocabulary, helping students retain new words and confidently use Spanish in real-world contexts. Whether you're new to CI or a seasoned pro, you’ll find something here to bring energy and effectiveness to your classroom. You will be prompted to make a copy of all materials, and therefore, you will have the option to edit all materials. You can even change the language if you don't teach Spanish. ¡Bienvenidos!
