Welcome! I am a career teacher of French, English, and English for ML's. I am a regular presenter at my state World Language conferences, and for my state department of education. I am the current Executive Secretary for the Oklahoma Foreign Language Teachers Association (OFLTA). I am pursuing a doctorat in Instructional Leadership and Curriculum. Why "proficiency by design"? I believe that the curriculum that we use in our classrooms is the result of careful planning and curating.
