Welcome to Zinnia’s Café. This is an interactive unit study to reinforce Middle through High School Math, Algebra, Geometry, Math and Cooking principles in an engaging, real life format. These project-based exercises also introduce some basic concepts of entrepreneurial business. As the student follows the events of Zinnia’s day to day operation of her café, they will see how many mathematical theories and principles are encountered in everyday situations.
