I’ve spent close to 15 years in education, mostly teaching middle school math and science, and privately working as an executive function coach. Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful it is when students learn how to learn! How to plan, organize, manage time, and adapt, all the while mastering academic content. My approach centers on real-world, project-based learning that reinforces skills through intentional spiral review.
