The “box and dot” technique supports children with developing fine motor skills, mild to moderate learning disabilities, and challenges with sustained attention by showing them where to write upper and lower case letters on lined paper. Teaching style
I differentiate a lot. When early finishers can “level up,” students working below grade level also complete their work successfully. Differentiation and personalization can improve motivation and engagement. They also facilitate classroom management.

I'm an avid reader with a BA in English Literature and an MA in Teaching (Childhood Education).
