About the store
I started my teaching career in 2001. I began my teaching career as a Physical Education Teacher. But due to an injury sustained in college I was no longer able to continue. That was when I turned to my second love, SCIENCE. I LOVE the 'Light bulb" moments!!!Seeing students faces light up when the grasp a concept. I started teaching 8th grade Physical Science in 2003. I continued teaching middle school, 6,7 & 8th grade science, for 12 years. Then when my husbands job transferred us across the country, I decided to try my hand at high school. I have been loving it ever since.

This is the page I use inside the front cover of my notebook (page 0). It gives an overview of expectations & requirements of the interactive notebook. Also, requiring both a student and parental unit signature to be sure all parties are aware of the conditions.

Experience
I started my teaching career in 2001. I began my teaching career as a Physical Education Teacher. But due to an injury sustained in college I was no longer able to continue. Teaching style
I <3 LOVE <3 Interactive Notebooks!!!!!!! I love them SO much, I don't think I could teach without them. I hope others can learn to utilize them to their advantage to not only help students succeed, but to make the lives of teachers a tad bit easier. :)
My own education history
Graduated CSU Fresno with a BS in Kinesiology in 1999 & continued to completed my teaching credential in 2000. In 2011, I completed my Masters degree in Teaching, specializing in teaching leadership from National University in 2011.
