Purposeful Classroom

Since we assign quite a bit of digital work, and the students seem to assume that we are at the edge of our seats in front of the computer waiting for them to turn in late/make up work, or that we will remember when they tell us verbally, I created a form that they need to fill out and turn in at the same classroom bin they turn in late/make up paper work.
