Have students fill these out in the first few weeks of school by drawing or writing in each section. Students can add a photo of themselves, or drawing, into the circle in the middle. Then cut out the pennants, string up together and create a great display in the classroom. A great activity to get to know more about the new students in your class.

Print out and glue goal sheet covers. In class I use half an A4 book as a goal book, with one side being literacy goals and the other being numeracy. Students can colour in their own goal book to personalise it and help make it their own.
