Experience

Hi there! I'm Dana Stewart. I've been a speech therapist for over 20 years and found my passion with working with kids, teens and adults who stutter somewhere along the line. I have worked in multiple settings including outpatient pediatric hospital, small pediatric clinic, early intervention and my current setting-private practice.

Teaching style

My teaching style is calm and practical. I have found that it is difficult to find materials out there that support advocacy, confidence and acceptance of stuttering. I hope to bring some fun, creative tools to you that are entertaining, easy to use and that open up better discussion about your student's experience with stuttering.

Additional biographical information

I feel so lucky to love being a speech therapist! My other passions include traveling, stand up paddling, reading, puzzling, watching baseball, hiking, learning new crafts, playing with my red lab. My favorite right now is watching my son grow in his activities!
