I hand this out to parents during our Open House or during Back to School Night. It is just a way to show parents that you are interested in knowing their child as an individual. It also gives you good information about your students that helps you get to know them! I keep these in a binder with any notes I take throughout the year as well as parent communication.

This is a template I use for exit tickets after lessons as a quick formative assessment. It includes a place for a title, cover photo, as well as pages for illustrations and text. Simply print the PDF double sided, and your students will have 7 pages to write and illustrate their story. You can add more pages to the booklet by printing off the 3rd and 4th page multiple times. I included a small box at the bottom for page numbers. I ho

I created this product to use with the coding robot Ozobots. Students can practice sequencing by connecting the various items that the little old lady swallows. Students can draw lines from item to item in the order that the little old lady swallow them. This product includes sequencing from Lucille Colandro's stories The little old l
I created this journal for one of my students who has been having trouble recognizing their feelings. This gives them the opportunity to recognize what they are feeling, and then also identify why they feel that way. I included a cover sheet, list of feelings that students can decorate to make their own, and then space for them to write. I printed this double sided, hole punched it, and put it in a folder. I hope this can benefit your students as much as mine!
