Premade labels for your classroom library. Included labels are for grades 2-6 but you can change the font easily for your own grades. Labels are sized to fit on book tubs/bins and are designed for black and white printing but feel free to spice them up!

I use this survey to find out what kind of readers I have in my classroom at the beginning of the year. This survey covers each student's reader history and lets me know where how I can tailor my teaching to each individual student.
