About the store

Experience

I am an ECECAP and school district teacher in the PNW. Over half of my students have disabilities and I have several ELL students too. This makes for a busy, fun, and diverse dynamic! Along with being a certified teacher, I have a couple of businesses that promote the inclusion & empowerment of disabled and neurodiverse people through digital products and web design!

Teaching style

I am a relationships-first kind of teacher. That is essential for my age group and the background they have, whether it be trauma, poverty, disability, or a combination of those. I teach in a silly, trauma-informed, and flexible way. But I also keep to a general structure of events and activities so that my students have the comfort of a routine.

My own education history

I have a BA in Elementary Education, a minor in Special Education, and an Early Childhood Education certificate.

Let them know you will send the photo of their awesome thing to their family so it won't be forgotten.
