Ever worry how your students will act when a substitute is present? Here's a contract for your students and their parents to sign to indicate they know the policy and procedures for when you can't be in the classroom. These procedures can be edited to fit your specific classroom procedures or just type in your information for easy use.

If you need a form to help with textbook checkout, return, assessment of fines, parental signatures,and collection of fines, here's one for you! I created this form so that students and parents could have a chance to document damage that had already happened, know how I assess fines at the end of the year, and how much the math book cost in case it was lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair. Hope you like it as well!
