Students can practice writing their multiples for each number 1-12. This resource could be used as a quiz or assessment to find out what facts that students know, and those they need to work on.

I use these charts with my students to teach them the connection with counting and equal groups. Multiples of 2s-10s are color-coded on the hundred charts to identify patterns. A blank hundred chart is on the last page for students to practice skip-counting on their own in a fun way!

Students will practice converting measures for weight, capacity, length, etc. Then, students will randomly fill in the blank BINGO board with 9 of their answers. Play BINGO by calling out the answers- 3 in-a-row wins! My 4th grade math group loved this game!

About the store

Experience

Most of my teaching experience is in Special Education in Chicago Public Schools. I have taught in special education self-contained, resource, and inclusion classrooms. I was a Math Facilitator in a District Coordinator for social and emotional learning, and I want to share my resources to improve outcomes for challenging behavior.

Teaching style

My passion for small group and individualized instruction stems from my interest in working with the whole child. I feel that I am able to grow connections with my students by knowing their strengths, needs, and taking time to know what makes them who they are, and they blossom! I am interested in all aspects of learning, including academic, behavioral, and social emotional, I plan my instruction with knowledge of student's learning styles, strengths, and needs, and include multi-sensory education and differentiated opportunities to help students succeed.

Multiple grants from Donor's Choose for classroom equipment. Grant for struggling readers from Learning Ally. Recipient of the Rochelle Lee/Boundless Readers classroom libraries 2005-2007.

Raising three amazing boys, ages 14, 16, and 18. Married to my husband for 19 years. Pursuing an activity bus called Mood Mobiles to provide needed social and emotional support through my tax-exempt charitable nonprofit Action SEL, Inc. in the NW suburbs of Chicago.
