I used this to help a student track their own grades weekly and motivate them to do their best. They fill in a square for each graded assignment to complete the bar graph. You set a goal for them to reach based on the bar graph and also a reward. I include the PDF of the original as well as Canva link to the editable template.

Independent work checklist for students to monitor their quality of work. I have included a PDF copy of the one I created as well as a link to the editable version on Canva. I print this with several to a page, so they are small. The student completes the checklist after each assignment and then staples it to the corner of their paper.

These posters can be used for iReady incentives, or for any other goal your class may be working towards (good behavior, compliments, homework, etc.) You can make this individualized or whole class. This is an exploratory introduction to fractions! Give each student one 4 oz container of Play-Doh, sticky notes, and a plastic knife. They can also use index cards instead of a knife.
