This handout helps to establish what vision statements are, and also to develop effective vision statements quickly. The construction of the vision statement is based on three or more SMARTE goals (from another worksheet). This enables students and teachers to be able to create organizational goals as a class, team, or in the leadership group and professional development contexts.
