Hi there! Welcome to my store. My name is Raya and I am a committed professional in my role as an experienced leading primary school teacher.
I have gained more than 15 years of experience teaching and was teaching at an Elementary school in Hawthorne, California before moving to Australia in 2019. With such a vast experience of teaching and choosing a profession in the education sector, I have found great satisfaction in being able to significantly contribute to the learning program through the area of curriculum and extracurricular activities. I have consistently demonstrated a high level of skills and abilities in delivering an effective program both in classroom and in school and for this reason I was also appointed as a Maths Coordinator in my previous school.
Due to my husband's new job offer, we have moved to Australia on 22nd January 2019. We are now living in Melbourne and so far it is going good. I have moved my store to Australia as well as now living on a new address. Currently trying to settle in this new country.

Teaching style
I aim to value students’ interest and backgrounds in lessons therefore I always plan and cater differentiated learning according to student abilities so that no one can be left out of the picture fearing that they are unable to work on the given task.
I love teaching by using a range of strategies in order to make students especially the slow learner to progress to their next level of learning. I always create differentiated learning tasks for all subject areas across the curriculum in order for students to finish off and submit their work on the set time frame.

Additional biographical information
Love cooking and baking as this is one of my other interest, I underwent through a professional baking and cake decorating course and love doing professional cakes for any occasions.
Apart from this, I love doing exercise as am a regular to gym and to my fitness classes. This keeps me fit and healthy and helps me to unwind myself from the busy day of work.
