I'm a passionate educator and previous Registered Behavior Technician (Lead) with over 3 years of experience working closely with children ages 2–18 years old, who have developmental, intellectual, and behavioral disabilities. I specialize in creating practical, effective tools to support both neurodivergent and neurotypical learners in reaching their goals—whether in the classroom, therapy setting, in the community, or at home. 🌟 Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats—classroom teacher, RBT trainer, and even daycare director—which has given me a well-rounded understanding of child development, learning styles, and behavior support. I’ve also had the privilege of training fellow technicians on earning and maintaining their RBT certification, ensuring quality care and instruction across the board. I also have had the honor of helping multiple clients "graduate" from services as they met their criteria due to Interventions provided. 📚 On my TpT store, you’ll find resources designed with care and backed by real-world experience including behavior tools, assessment sheets, RBT exam preparation materials, etc. Each product is created with the goal of helping children, technicians, and educators thrive. 🩺 Additionally, I have been through some major health issues the past few months. Through this process I have learned a lot about health, conditions, applying for services, etc. I will be adding resources to my page as well in hopes to help others facing chronic illnesses. ✨ Don’t forget to follow me on TikTok, Facebook, and my website for even more study materials, teaching tips, and updates! Let’s make learning accessible, affordable, engaging, and empowering for every child, technician, and educator. 💛

Teaching style

My teaching style is rooted in patience, consistency, and adaptability. I believe every child can learn when given the right tools and support, and I tailor my approach to meet each learner where they are and build up on skills they already possess. I combine evidence-based strategies from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with creative, hands-on learning to keep students engaged and motivated. I emphasize positive reinforcement, clear structure, and visual supports to create a learning environment that feels safe, empowering, and fun. Ultimately, my goal is to help every child build confidence, develop independence, and achieve meaningful progress at their own pace. I also am a firm believer in natural environment teaching and making already reinforcing activities a learning opportunity.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Below is an outline of my achievements within my career and with my prior experience. - Founded and was president of the Rehabilitation and Human Services Club at Penn State (Hazleton Campus), creating multiple community events that benefited individuals within the community. - Completed and graduated from an internship working with individuals who have vision impairments. - Assisted with the opening of the Mission Autism Clinic in Sugarloaf, within the first month of hire I was prepared for my RBT exam by creating a comprehensive study guide and researching other useful materials. Within two months of hire, I passed my RBT exam on the first attempt. - Within a year at MAC, I was promoted to a Lead RBT and assisted with training technicians and providing study materials and clinical resources. - Through my time at MAC and with another company called PROABA, I graduated multiple clients from programs as the services I implemented allowed them to reach their behavioral plan goals. Some ABA topics that I have direct experience with include: documentation, DTT, NET, assessments, error correction, differential reinforcement, intensive toilet training, and teaching functional communication. - Through my experience as a daycare director, I not only assessed the CEO with opening a physical center, but learned and created essential resources needed for opening a childcare center in Pennsylvania. I also had the honor of working with children and families of different cultures and learned bits of different languages.

My own education history

In high school I took STEM classes that focused on health, anatomy/development, and medical aspects. In high school my senior year I took college courses to continue my education, I also joined a legacy program which I mentored freshman who were struggling in school with grades, completing assignments, and needing guidance for home life/social situations. Upon finishing my high school diploma I went on to graduated with a degree from Penn State University. My major was a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation and Human Services and I have a minor in Psychology. I continued my education and took the 40 hour RBT training through central reach and have continued to research and learn about topics with in the healthcare and education field.
