Here's the Keynote version of my Evaluate Expressions Lesson for anyone interested in editing/adding to/or animating. Works great on a Smart Board or Promethean. Enjoy and get them their math!

Assign in Canvas or Google Classroom or Teams and project on your Promethean or Smart Board. I hope your students enjoy as much as I do. I like to bring volunteers to the board to simplify and ask their classmates to watch for mistakes and compare answers. Aligned with Edgenuity. Lesson works well when I share my screen on Zooms and work through the expressions. Have some fun with it!

The presentation will allow a clear understanding of what you want your students or children to do with the exercises. This can be assigned in Google Classroom or Teams with the pdf. If you teach with iPads, this could be shared with your students and they could get very creative! Enjoy.

This animated presentation was a hit in my 7th grade math classes. Some of the work I got from my students was really great, and almost all of them are distributing correctly! Have fun with it. It works.

This animated presentation is designed to give them the facts and assess their knowledge of them. My own like going through these with me. I hope your kids and students like it as well. The video preview shows you how it begins and what it looks like later in the show.

Multiplication facts are critical, and I believe some kids are a bit intimidated by the times-tables they see. I agree that it looks like a LOT of numbers. This one is great for kids that struggle memorizing them as it throws out the ones and the tens and doesn't repeat each one. I sure hope it helps your 2nd and 3rd grade students. They will benefit greatly in their mathematical futures!

This Keynote Presentation animates the left to right aspects of multiplication/division and addition/subtraction. Hopefully, we can cure the misconception that a lot of kids have about the "m" being before the "d" and the "a" being before the "s."

My 7th graders latched on to this activity and did really well with it. I gave them the option of creating the tables in their notebooks or they could glue a paper copy into their notebooks (I took screenshots of the tables and printed so they were the exact same as the presentation. The kids liked that).

In this presentation, I try to correct a common misconception. When we simplify an expression inside absolute value bars, we must leave them until there is one integer.

This presentation highlights the like-terms and really helped my students understand how to " keep the sign" and combine them properly. Now, if only they would always get their integers right.

This file helps the teacher explain the process of cross-multiplication for solving proportions and allows the students to try a few on their own or in pairs. Assign in Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams and make math a little more colorful for your students!
