What is included in this product?: A weekly behavior chart with each day having an assigned color day (can be modified). The color assignment helps a student reflect on which days they were successful, and which days they needed to reflect on. The behavior chart includes a smile/sad check-in system that is broken down by each hour. This can be modified by the teacher to fit the student's individual need. Experience

I am a special education teacher with 14 years of classroom experience, including three years in a self-contained setting and eleven years as a resource teacher. Throughout my career, I have supported students with a wide range of learning, behavioral, and support needs. My work focuses on IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring, as well as creating systems that help teachers and support staff consistently apply accommodations, services, and behavior supports in real classroom settings.

Teaching style

My teaching style is structured, data driven, and student centered. I prioritize clear expectations, explicit instruction, and tools that support consistency across classrooms and staff members. I believe that well designed systems such as behavior tracking tools, IEP snapshots, and data collection forms reduce guesswork for teachers and paraprofessionals and lead to better outcomes for students. The resources in this store are designed to be easy to use, compliant, and immediately applicable.
