Test Analysis Slide Deck
I use this slide deck to go over test results with my students. I start by reviewing what test scores mean based off either the grading policy or state test standards. We then go over the goals that the class has based off their individual data. How many people should be in each bucket. Then we go over where we actually landed on the test. We talk about what we did well with and what we need to work on. Then I have them do a quick writing activity or a call out about what they were proud about a

Action Goal Tracker
Action goals for students struggling with making good choices. Visuals next to the 5 goals, as well as a space for rewards. I give one to a student and they keep it for the week and carry it with them from class to class. After class, I have the student rate themselves. What they did well with. Then put points out of 5 (or however many goals they have).

Teaching style
My teaching style is rooted in trauma-informed care, restorative justice, and community building, with a strong foundation in psychology and child development. I believe that learning happens best in safe, supportive environments where every student feels seen and valued. I also love bringing a little weirdness and humor into my lessons to spark curiosity, lower barriers, and make the classroom a place where students can relax and engage. My resources are designed to foster connection, creativity, and critical thinking while keeping things fun and meaningful.
