Behavior Reflection sheet designed to help students identify possible triggers and consequences to their actions. It also gives students space to reflect on how they can fix the problem and restore justice to anyone who might have been hurt as a consequence. I keep this in student data binders for parent meetings and administration, just in case I need data about student behavior or have any issues throughout the year.

Quarter sheets I use for behavior goals with middle school students. Would also work for elementary and high school! Students can get up to 2 points a day (per class). Work with students to determine a goal for the week and at the end of class work with them to rate themselves on their behavior. Free resource ---- Please rate/review!

Teaching style

My teaching style is rooted in trauma-informed care, restorative justice, and community building, with a strong foundation in psychology and child development. I believe that learning happens best in safe, supportive environments where every student feels seen and valued. I also love bringing a little weirdness and humor into my lessons to spark curiosity, lower barriers, and make the classroom a place where students can relax and engage.
