A custom design for my classroom workflow. I teach high school and my students have been extremely receptive to the waiting room (I cut them out on thick cardstock) and my workflow signs. I printed the workflow sign and posted it in multiple places around the room. This has been a game-changer for managing one-on-one conferencing during classtime and building independence for my most reluctant students.

A poster for your classroom at any age. My high school students still need the teachable moment when they see this poster. We are all human, and therefore, we must all be kind.

An anchor chart to teach and remind novice journalists how to use a steno pad to take notes at a live event. This will remind them how to set up their notes and move quickly from person to person to gather all of the information in an organized manner.
