I have taught intermediate grades since 2007. I have my masters in Instructional Technology and Literacy. I am passionate about literacy and integrating instructional technology into my instruction to enhance my students' growth. Teaching style
I use the workshop format to teach reading and writing. I believe students should have time to talk about their thinking with peers and time to independently apply the skills and strategies they learn.

I love to teach, and I am passionate about building connections with my students. I believe teachers can be passionate about teaching, but have time to live their life. After all, the more interesting your life the better the teacher you are!
