About the store

Experience

I have a background in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Education from University of Toronto, Canada. I have a lot experience teaching students from PreK all the way to Grade 8. Although I specialize in teaching the younger grades, I really enjoy the middle school grades as well. Majority of the projects here will reflect my work with the older grades.

Teaching style

I love hands on, interactive teaching. When students engage in project based learning, they learn and connect so much more to the material than just filling out worksheets! Inquiry and collaborative work is the foundation of my teaching.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Bachelors of Arts in Early Childhood Education Masters of Teaching

My own education history

I am a life long learner who continues to take classes to professionally develop myself so I can help my students the best way I can.

Additional biographical information

I think learning is a joy! Teaching and sharing what we know is an even greater happiness. I love creativity - you will see that reflected in my lesson plans.
