This Google Doc holds some general writing prompts for students who are completing an Independent Reading project in High School ELA. This would work for any novel, but should be used with some sort of fiction. I have made each writing prompt 10 points, so by the end of the book, they have completed a 100 point journal. You could split up the prompts and make it one a week or simply get rid of half of them. This is flexible to fit any group of students!
This is a great little game to warm up to Shakespearean language. Great for a younger group who is just getting familiar with Shakespeare for the first time. If there are more lines you'd like to add - just make a copy of the slide and add your own!!
This is a project that can be used with a group of students or with individual students. This activity can be used during the book or as a wrap up project at the end. I used it after part I, but this product can be updated to match any part of the book.
