This data form is an easy to use way to organize the many informal reading assessments that you may give to students in a year. This also allows teachers to look at more than one year at a time. In this way, teachers can see the growth history of a student's reading ability. Copy it front and back, and you have their entire elementary reading data in one spot!

Teaching style
I consider myself a laid back teacher who likes to combine learning with having fun. I try very much to establish caring relationships with my students. When they know I care about them, they feel more invested in their learning. I try to ground my teaching in research and what makes the most sense for students. I am one of those fortunate few that love what I do!
