Reading is Totally Awesome

An end of unit/ lesson quiz about the states of matter. Questions start with fill in the blank from a work bank, multiple choice, one long answer question, and two bonus questions. In word format and easily editable. Goes well with Bill Nye's "States of Matter" video and Brainpop's "States of Matter" video.

This quick progress report form is made to be easily circled and shows progress in overall subjects, math fact skills, and Spalding phonograms and McCall Crabbs. Worked well as a once a month communication.

This is the book report paper I hand out at the beginning of each year to my students. It details requirements for reading a book for the quarter, choosing a project from the list of 11 different options, a 1 page summary, and explains some of the major genre breakdowns. It is in Microsoft Word format and is freely open to being modified to your classroom.
