This is a worksheet I created to keep track of my students' AIMSweb+ scores for the whole school year. I can compare their scores from week to week as well as comparing them against other students in their class and their grade.
I use this sheet to keep track of the minutes that I see my Tier students. I include this in my teacher binder. This can be used in conjunction with data sheets and anecdotal notes. I also use this to help with RTi meetings.
Included in this file you will get AIMSweb cover sheets for grades K-5. There are cover sheets for tracking students' data for all TEL and Reading/Maze probes. We use these to track the students' data for both red and yellow weeks and it includes the 3 benchmark periods.
This is a reader entitled "Bear Can Learn". It's about a bear that learns to sew. This book is used to practice words with specific r-controlled vowels. It was hard to find books that fit these skills, so I created one.
This is a sheet for reading teachers, special area teachers, and other service providers can use when they have a substitute in their classroom. I use this quick and easy template to keep everything in order and to have all my information on one sheet.
This is a book to help Kindergarten and even 1st grade students practice using sight words. This book gives students the opportunity to write the word and use it in a sentence. I always had the students write the word with a capital letter and then with a lowercase letter in the shapes provided. When the book was complete, I would have the students read their sentences to their whole class.
This is a worksheet to help students write using a variety of tools. I have used this for sight words and name writing. This could also be used for vocabulary words. Great way to get students writing in a fun and different way.
This is a song that we have used to promote Character Education. This fun tune is based on "A Spoonful of Sugar..." from Mary Poppins. We sang this song during a Character Education assembly and it had all of the students singing along. We also sang this song on the morning announcements to promote having good character!
This is a blank schedule that we use to create our AIS and Tier 3 schedules. You can use it for AIS or for even a daily schedule. It allows you to put times and classes. We have used this form for over 7 years and it works great! Classroom teachers always appreciate the format!
