This is a novel study that goes with the book Crime Biters! My Dog is Better Than Your Dog by Tommy Greenwald. There are vocabulary activities, comprehension questions, and figurative language questions. It is a mix of multiple choice and short answer questions. This can be used with your whole class, small group, or with a literature circle group.

I created this packet to use with Eerie Elementary: The School is Alive! I am reading aloud the book and then having the students answer the questions for each chapter to be sure they are actively listening to the read-aloud!
