This is a letter to parents explaining spelling choice. Students get an assignment called spelling choice. On the nights the student has this assignment, he/she will have a few choices for their spelling homework, such as spelling words with each hand, spelling words from magazine letters, ABC order, etc. Each student may choose one for homework. This allows the student the opportunity to choose what they would like to do, rather than everyone having to do the same thing.
