This tracker can be used as record for each student to determine what it is they know and do not know in regards to the common core standards. This is also used to show that you are aware of how your students are performing on each individual standards.

Symbols and Directions for annotating text for students. This would be great for a close read. It also can be used to differentiate learning for struggling readers.
