I developed this worksheet on measuring to the nearest quarter (1/4) inch to help my students pass their district formative assessment. This can be used as a pre-assessment or as a worksheet. It has the rectangle to measure in the middle of the rulers as well, just like state tests like to do.

This graphic organizer helps students find both facts from and opinions about the story you are working on (plot or characters). After finding their own facts/opinions, they have to walk around and find 3 other peoples' opinions and write them down. Then they determine whether they agree with the opinions or not, and recognize the fact that they don't HAVE to (because it's opinion).
