Hello! My name is Samantha Dominguez, and go by as Ms. Sam, in which I serve as an Early Childhood Education Engagement Coordinator for a Non-profit organization in the state of Florida. In this role, I am dedicated to empowering early educators to advance their careers and become high-quality professionals in the field of early childhood education. Samantha provides comprehensive support, from guiding educators through obtaining their Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) — the Florida equivalent of the CDA — to pursuing higher education opportunities in the industry. As a TEACH Scholarship Ambassador, she offers personalized guidance throughout educators' academic journeys and continues to mentor them beyond their initial milestones. Additionally, Samantha serves as a CCEI Observer, Professional Development (PD) Specialist for the CDA Council, and a certified Pre-K CLASS Observer. With 16 years of experience in early childhood education, Samantha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies with a Preschool Track, a Florida Director's Credential, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
