With over a decade in education, My work centers on helping students — especially those at risk — build the academic, behavioral, and life skills needed to graduate and thrive in the 21st century. Professional Experience 🎓 Graduation Coach I tracked individual and subgroup graduation progress, analyzed academic data, and partner with families to support at-risk students. My role included parent training, intervention planning, and progress monitoring to ensure students stay on track toward graduation. 🧠 Special Education Teacher (Grades 6–12) I instructed students with mild to moderate disabilities, develop and implement IEPs, administer Tennessee Alternate State Assessments, and design behavior intervention plans.
