This lesson is for creating mental images. Don't show the pictures of the monsters until after you have read the poem. This is a great way to get students creating a mental image about what they are reading!

I originally created this as a way of collecting tier 2 & tier 3 data for students. However, this form could be used for all students in K and 1! As of right now, it is only capital letters, but I will be adding lower case to the form soon!
