My certifications and education include National Board Teacher Certification (NBPTS), National School Superintendent Certification (AASA), and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Aurora University). Welcome to my store, Growing! My students and I are finding that this 6-point rubric is helping to improve their understanding of perseverance and precision in math and also their individual commitments to improvement. Several times a week, each student receives a copy of this rubric before the math block begins. We discuss our three target attributes for perseverance and our three target attributes for precision for that day. They each star one or two areas they wish to focus or improve
