I'm Kristyn, a mom to two adventurous boys and the person behind Regular Mama. I create social stories to help kids navigate life's challenges with confidence and ease. My youngest son was born with a rare genetic disorder (Kabuki Syndrome) and I have successfully used social stories to prepare him for surgeries, medical appointments and more. He adores his doctor's and thankfully, is very comfortable in a medical setting. I work full time as a middle school counselor and enjoy supporting kids in a variety of ways.
