About the store

My own education history

A neuroscience graduate who found their calling as a teacher during their years spent teaching to the underserved communities in rural South Korea. Since then, I've worked and learned while in the city of Toronto as well as Inuit and Cree public schools to develop my abilities as an equitable, anti-oppressive and inclusive educator. Combine those experiences with a Master degree in Teaching from OISE, you have one super learner that will not settle for status quo.

Additional biographical information

I am a strong believer that we teach who we are, indirectly or otherwise, so cheers to everyone who is continuously reflecting, learning and working on being their best selves everyday! My goal is to get us comfortable with the (perhaps) uncomfortable, so be prepared to step out of your comfort zone with open-ended questions and choice tasks to engage your learners!
