These space themed subtraction worksheets are leveled 1-5. The easiest is level 1, and students can work their way to level 5. The students love these aliens! This is a worksheet that has students practice 10 more, 10 less, 1 more, and 1 less. The first page uses a 100 chart piece template. The second page uses a fill-in chart, up and down addition, and 2 word problems. It can be used as a practice sheet or assessment.

I use this game for the students to play when they are finished with their independent work. Higher students can use mental math and lower students can use manipulatives to help them solve the problems. Math problems subtract from numbers up to 10.
