As a licensed therapist and a mother of three I know how important it is to regulate and reset our bodies throughout the day. These coloring pages are designed to be an easy go to solution to keep you grounded or engaged in whatever life brings.
Angry volcano helps students identify things that make them angry and how if the anger is left unaddressed it can explode. It prompts students to think through coping skills that can help keep their volcano simmering and not exploding.
This four week curriculum will help counselors and school social workers teach students what anxiety is and how it can be addressed. The activities prompt students to reflect on what causes them anxiety, how it impacts their body, and what they can do to find balance within their anxious mind.
5th - 12th
School Counseling, School Psychology, Social Emotional Learning
This emotions workbook goes through various skills that can be helpful for children who struggle with emotional regulation or negative behaviors at school. The workbook touches on three important skills: Growth Mindset, Circle of Control, and Coping Skills. Each topic has a mini-lesson on what it is, an example of how to use it, and an application sheet. This workbook can be used for individual students, a group setting, or even a whole classroom that might benefit from restorative practices.
1st - 8th
Classroom Community, School Counseling, Social Emotional Learning
Activity could be used for small groups, counseling sessions, or academic success activities. Bridges are a great representation of how we can get to the other side of whatever barrier is going on. In this activity identify students can identify what barrier they might have, what goal they want to accomplish, and what steps they can take to get there.
5 Senses Grounding prompts students to focus on their current environment. In doing so, students can lower stress and improve self-regulation. This activity is great for classrooms, small groups, or individual counseling sessions. Have students practice when they are calm so they can easily use this skill when they are stressed.
3rd - 12th, Adult Education

Beyond surface level About Me sheet for students in classrooms or counseling groups. The shapes allow students to pursue creativity and eliminate bulky instructions. Pages can be hung around classrooms or in hallways.
"I" statements worksheet to educate students on positive communication styles and gives opportunity for practice. This can be used as a general classroom resource, SEL resource, or group/individual counseling resource.
These four activities will help guide peer mediations that are facilitated by counselors or social workers. These activities can be adjusted for various grade levels.
This resource can be used to challenge students to think positively about a difficult situation or negative thought they have.
