Tracking accommodations can be daunting, no matter the size of your caseload! I created this so that general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and myself can have a quick, easy way to see what accommodations students need. Having the accommodations by subject made it easier to make sure that all team members were giving each student the accommodations they need throughout the day and year. Here's to no more scrambling to make accommodations for a test someone forgot to tell you about!

I am looking forward to having a positive year with my students! It's heartbreaking to see them discouraged by being slower learners than their peers. I want each of them to believe truths about themselves and to have more confidence in who they truly are. I plan to laminate page 2 and 3 front to back. By laminating the page, they can change their mantra as they feel like they need too if they write with a dry erase marker! I think I'll make one for myself too :)

This product includes a cover page, subject tabs, and a classroom pledge for a first five workbook. I will include worksheets and material for each subject that reflects my students' IEP goals and benchmarks as a way to collect more data! The idea of the first five is to have a consistent, short task that students know to do the minute they walk into my resource room. This gets them in the mindset to learn and gives me five minutes to gather my thoughts and materials for their group. I hope y

A pack of student information pages, and only the ones you need! No more buying a 10 dollar binder when you only needed a few of the pages. This pack includes: student birthdays, IEP dates, student services, and accommodation pages for reading, writing, math, science/social studies. I also included a blank accommodation page and a blank student service page in case your district does things differently. Enjoy!
