This Speeding Ticket allows you to give students a chance to "rethink" and to try their best! You are able to mark the "violation" and the "fine(s)." There is also space for a parent signature and the grade that the student will have if the "fine" is not "paid" by a certain date. I suggest printing these on bright colored paper, cutting them out (four per page), and stapling them to student work. If you would like an easy way to keep track of the tickets you hand out, check out my free Speeding
Use this resource, inspired by the ever-popular book, "I Wish My Teacher Knew: How One Question Can Change Everything for Our Kids" by Kyle Schwartz, to allow your kids to share what is important to them with you!

If the student "pays their fine," mark them off, and if they fail to meet the deadline, mark that too! There are three logs for different blocks throughout your day!
