Prepare the basics of rhythm with this fun sound/syllable identification game.
Students take turns choosing a card and clapping the word. Match the number of sounds to the numbers on the watermelon and place a seed over it. Fill your entire watermelon! (Watermelon "seeds" not included. I recommend black buttons, decorative rocks, fuzzy pom poms, or paper and a craft hole puncher.)
