I have been working in education since 1999, teaching in both England and the United States. Over the years I have had the pleasure of teaching all of the elementary grade levels, but my heart truly lies with the littles in kindergarten through second grade. To see them discover, in those early grade levels, all there is to be learned through the magic of reading, math, science and social studies, is such a wonderful experience.

Winter Math Secret Code Addition
Students will solve two digit addition problems (without regrouping) in order to crack the secret code and reveal the answer to a winter themed riddle. Great for encouraging quick recall of addition facts, and to remind students of place values in preparation for moving on to addition with regrouping.
